KEA VAO Recruitment 2026: 572 Vacancies, Apply Online by 30 July

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a recruitment notification for 572 Village Accountant / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) posts under the Revenue Department, also referred to in the notification as Grama Aadalitha Adhikari recruitment. Of these, 505 posts are under the General/RPC cadre spread across 21 districts, while 67 posts are reserved for the Kalyana-Karnataka region under Article 371(J). Candidates who have passed PUC (10+2) or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply. The online application window is open from 11 July to 30 July 2026, with the fee payment deadline set for 31 July 2026. Selection will be made purely on the basis of a written competitive examination — there is no interview stage. Candidates can apply through the official KEA portal, where they must fill in personal and educational details, upload a photograph and signature in the prescribed format, pay the applicable fee, and retain a copy of the submitted form.
