The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has issued a corrigendum dated 16 July 2026 for the Maharashtra Gat-C Seva Sanyukt Purva Pariksha (Group C Combined Preliminary Examination) 2026. As per the revised schedule, the preliminary exam will now be held on 25 October 2026, moved from the earlier date of 27 September 2026.
In a significant change, MPSC has switched the exam mode from Computer Based Test (CBT) to an offline OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) format. The Commission has also extended the window for online application submission to 31 July 2026 (11:59 pm) and the fee payment deadline to 3 August 2026 (11:59 pm).
Candidates who have already applied or plan to apply must also complete exam center selection between 19 July 2026 (2:00 pm) and 31 July 2026 (11:59 pm) through the MPSC online portal.
