RailTel Apprentice Recruitment 2026: 40 Posts, Apply Online by 27 August

RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has released Notification No. RCIL/2024/P&A/27/1 dated 28 July 2026, inviting applications for 40 Apprentice posts — 32 Graduate Engineer Apprentice and 8 Diploma Engineer Apprentice vacancies. Indian nationals aged 18 to 27 years, holding a relevant engineering degree or diploma with at least 60% aggregate marks in branches such as Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted online through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal, and the window closes on 27 August 2026. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 14,000 for Graduate Engineers and Rs 12,000 for Diploma Engineers, for a training period of one year. This is an apprenticeship engagement under the Apprentices Act and does not guarantee regular employment with RailTel on completion. Candidates should ensure they register correctly on the NATS 2.0 portal with accurate branch and qualification details, since the apprenticeship is allotted based on eligible branch matching to RailTel's specified requirements.
