UPSSSC Excise Constable Eligibility Result 2026: 820 Posts, Direct Link

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the eligibility result for the Excise Constable (Aabkari Sipahi) recruitment under Advertisement No. 08-Exam/2026. The drive covers 820 posts, revised upward from an initially notified 722 vacancies, and the eligibility result was declared on 28 July 2026. Candidates who applied online between 4 and 24 June 2026 using their UPSSSC PET-2025 scorecard have now been screened for eligibility ahead of the next selection stage. Eligibility for the post required a valid PET-2025 scorecard, a 10+2 (Intermediate) pass from a recognized board, and age between 18 and 40 years as on 1 July 2026, along with prescribed physical standards - male candidates need a height of 167.6 cm and chest of 80-85 cm, while female candidates need a minimum height of 152 cm. The next stages of selection comprise a written (mains) examination, a physical efficiency test, and document verification. The application fee was Rs 25 across all categories, and the post carries a Level-2 pay scale starting at Rs 19,900 per month under the UP Excise Commissioner's office.
