AIBE XXII 2026 Online Form Out: Register by 27 Oct, Exam on 29 Nov

The Bar Council of India (BCI) opened online registration for the All India Bar Examination XXII (AIBE 22) on 19 August 2026 through allindiabarexamination.com. Law graduates who wish to practise as advocates in India must clear AIBE to obtain a Certificate of Practice. The last date to submit the application is 27 October 2026, with the fee payment deadline on 28 October and a correction window open till 30 October 2026. The application fee is Rs 3,500 for General and OBC candidates and Rs 2,500 for SC/ST candidates, inclusive of bank charges. BCI has described this schedule as tentative and advises candidates to keep checking its official website for updates. AIBE XXII will be held on 29 November 2026 in offline (pen-and-paper) mode, testing candidates on core areas of law including the Constitution, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and professional ethics.
