South Indian Bank Junior Officer (BPO) Recruitment 2026: Apply by 31 Aug

South Indian Bank has invited online applications for the post of Junior Officer (Business Promotion Officer), a target-based sales role being filled on a three-year renewable contract basis. The application window is open from 19 August to 31 August 2026, and there is no application fee for this recruitment. To be eligible, candidates must be graduates in any discipline, not more than 30 years of age as on 31 July 2026 (born on or after 1 August 1996), with SC/ST candidates getting a 5-year age relaxation. A minimum of two years' experience in a bank or NBFC handling retail assets or liability products is mandatory, making this a lateral-entry opportunity aimed at candidates with prior banking sales experience rather than freshers. Unlike most public-sector bank recruitments, South Indian Bank is not conducting a written exam for this role. Selection will be through profile-based shortlisting, followed by a Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and a Psychometric Assessment. Selected candidates will draw a total CTC of around ₹7.85 lakh per annum at joining, comprising a fixed component of ₹4.49 lakh (including NPS), variable pay of up to ₹2.88 lakh linked to performance, and a bank-paid health insurance premium.
