The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2026 notification, inviting applications for Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts across various central government ministries and departments. The notification carries 2,536 tentative vacancies, which may be revised before the final selection process.
To be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board, and must be between 18 and 27 years of age as on 1 August 2026. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government norms.
